Supporting people towards Employment, Education and Training
We specialise in offering programmes for people who are not in education, employment or training to work towards and secure a better future.
- Proven work experience in livestock care, land management, basic construction, hedging, fencing using tools and equipment safely.
- We operate to the Fairtrain quality standard for work experience.
- Our participants report increased motivation and aspiration, team working skills, confidence, improved communication skills.
Availability is subject to funding, please check with us for latest opportunities.
We can provide work experience for year 10 & 11 learners, and alternative educational provision through contracts with Derbyshire County Council, Nottinghamshire County Council and Nottingham City Council.
Throughout the year we have volunteer vacancies for people wanting to work on the farm. Volunteering on the farm is a great way to gain experience working with a wide range of livestock and animals including cows, sheep, goats and also have exotic animals such as lizards & tortoises.
